      Disappointing to read your review. I notice that you have said you are a Director and I really hope that gives you some influence to help change the culture for your team. HR will be able to talk to you confidentially and offer advice and guidance on how you can make a difference and hopefully encourage others to do so as well.I'd really encourage you to have a chat with them.

      Racist towards northeastern indians

      The noida management discriminate against your race. There is so many examples it proves that they discriminate against northeastern indians. They hire them only for the grassroot works. Even for position like BA3 they prefer North indians . They don't give them promotion. One example : there a guy who highlighted to the management about reciving racist comments from a manger instead of taking action against that manger they changed his team .

      - Incompetent management (in fact none of them is educated beyond 12 years at school ) - Unless you are experienced in 'building right sort of relationships' (that way or another) you will not get much further than the position you came for - The good news even if you are really bad at what you do you won't get sacked either (potential clients: Shiver!) - Absolutely zero interest in developing younger staff's careers - Internal processes are obsolete and messy - Overall utterly incompetent management Feeling really sorry for the clients who keep their money there.

      It is clear from your review that you did not have a good experience with us. That is disappointing to read however I am sure you will understand that I need to challenge your opinion. Our leadership teams have a range of education levels however they are promoted for being good at the job they do and being able to build strong teams to support our customers. We recruit new talent, of all ages, all of the time. You have specifically mentioned younger colleagues and we have a range of apprentice and graduate programmes to support building careers.
