Great people, great office, hybrid work with only 2 days in the office. Pay similar to other banks in Glasgow. Great benefits and on site free gym. Good life-work balance.

Cons

Depending on the team, the projects can be quite boring. It's hard to get things done, lots of bureaucracy.
