Pros

Good work-life balance and some stable teams. Teams with future are being taken care of well.

Cons

Our team is passivelly being reduced, dissolved. No motivation to stay, only false promises. Previous 5 years were good though. Being in team of very good people, ended up pretty much alone with team expanding to India.

the managers only care about themselves and no one else. they will place blame for things on those considered replaceable even if it is another manager

They pay you fairly well and give you good benefits. My health insurance is awesome and the employer matching for 401k is very generous.

Cons

No work life balance. Management doesn't care if you are there till 2:00, and will only have complaints for you when things go wrong.

That is very sad to hear as we have a strong focus on dynamic working and creating work life balance for our colleagues, however it does rely on the support of line managers. We have a "Dynamic Working" month planned for October and hopefully this will help change the culture n your office.
