Pros
I worked at BT at Adastral park. It was actually before 2012 - but that's the earliest year I could select on the list. It was a nice location, nice people and interesting work and I have nothing but good things to say about the place. I feel that as an employer, they treated me well and frankly, I would work for them again after experiencing life with other companies since. I enjoyed my time at BT and look back on my former employer with a great deal of affection.
Cons
There was quite a lot of red tape and processes and promotion was a bit of a case of waiting for dead men's shoes.
