      - You are independent from BT UK mastodontic structure, for good AND for bad. - You can keep some domestic cultural elements in your working ecosystem. - Don't get bothered by absurd corporate policies for any microscopic aspect of your miserable job description

      Pros

      A great company to work with many possibilities of professional development. Well considered amgon customers and market in general.

      Cons

      Two slow decisions and some of them far away of country/market reality if your work outside of UK as I was (Spain) specially in my area (It services) as i worked at IT services for BT global services, outside of core activity of the company.

      BT Spain employees are wonderful to work with and managers are available, understanding and have a clear sense of direction.

      Cons

      Career opportunities are very limited, specially when trying to relocate to HQ in UK. HR will discriminate based on UK vs non-UK and reject you solely because you are not British, without even looking at your CV or cover letter Brexit may impact salary, company benefits and company's performance
