      flexibility being part time but that’s about it

      Cons

      no support at all, you get sent a bunch of mental health links that don’t help you in the slightest. they constantly ignore problems in the office which should 100% result in somebody getting fired, instead they get praised. homophobia, sexism & racism within the office also goes unpunished even when reported multiple times.
