      Nice office, Good colleagues and plenty of learning

      Cons

      They will pay below market rate for your role and then gaslight you into thinking it's normal when other team members are on more for the same role. They track office attendance without accounting for holidays and sickness, then are threatening people with losing their bonuses if they do not attend. They constantly restructure for no apparent reason and then pat themselves on the back for it.
