Pros

If you enjoy being around dishonest people who enjoy making up lies about you, or you enjoy working with snakes then look no futher than this place. If this is what your looking for then you will fit right in. If you looking for a stop gap job and you enjoy Going out and doing drugs then you will fit in well with the management team who are often out drinking and taking drugs with their advisors. Most that socialise with these management types are also the ones that get on and step up too so you will fit right in. So unless your face fits you will never progress. So it’s strongly suggested you fit this mound before applying. Never and I mean never speak up. If you do, you Will need to do this as you are leaving, because the management team will come after you, they will report you, make up lies focus on you and your calls, and they will get you out. All of this when they even know the friends calls etc are even worse. Failing this they often resort to beating their staff up which the company dont act on. So you can come to work scared to speak up. As I said please avoid and look for something else

Cons

Too many to mention but please avoid. If you not liked or speak up you will never get to cover. Bonus is impossible to achieve as you receive the wrong type of calls which are not factored in. Higher management have agendas they follow. And again always will try and get rid of the better managers who of course are on the higher pay grades so they can be replaced by one of the yes brigade who are out with the Managent team. The managers who are higher paid are actually the better more helpful managers too and the others who cover have no idea what they are doing and are not helpful at all. In fact I’d say I’m scared to actually ask them anything. They fail processes and again managers pick and choose what to action, if your part of the crew and do something wrong your be fine. But if you not be ready to be messed over by the managers making evidence up to end your job. Don’t speak up, don’t be honest, if you work here do as everyone else does. Say nothing, go out with managent and make sure you don’t report anything you may feel as wrong. This is the culture Canterbury has and it will not change just because they pick and choose who they get rid of.

Pros

Good salary however will be stitched up out of earning bonus

Cons

BT is a disgusting place to work, you are nothing but a number. They do not care about their employees metal health or wellbeing. Unprofessional in all aspects. Sexual harassment. Employees are often targeted by higher management if they don’t ‘fit in’ or aren’t one of the favourites. Office politics is rife and no one cares enough to do anything about it. DO NOT WORK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
