      Great Graduate Training and development and also networking opportunities - a diverse range of jobs as the company is huge!

      Cons

      Politics Politics Politics! - this is definitely not appealing to a graduate fresh from university who wants to get stuck in and deliver change, new and innovative ideas etc. BT really need to sort this out, allow fresh ideas into the company and take some risk or else they will continue to be a company thats perceived as behind others...

      Free Broadband,Some great people working there,|And overall a good place to work but when someone makes a mistyake the best thing to do is to sit down and talk it through rather than just suspending and firing them,I made a simple l made a simple mistake which was not in my opinion a buisness critical mistake however my manager suspended me and then the area manager dismissed em with no consultation or anything ,I was just disacrded and thrown away.

      Experience. Understanding how managers should not behave and treat employees.

      Beaurocracy Nobody making a decision Lots of arguements about roles and responsibilities Lack of resource and constant downsizing, squeezing people who are left in the roles. If your face fits, you are fine, if not you are overlooked and demoralised. Great divide between senior management and staff. Bullying is rife in BT, and managers can get away with it. The useless managers, at all levels, get on, and the good ones are overlooked. Managers are given NO training, so often leads to ineffectual management of teams. The people who talk the loudest often are the ones who are courted by Senior Management and reviled by their staff.
