      Great place if you like consulting

      Pros

      There are some attributes that come with any consulting oriented company, and if you like consulting BT INS is a fine place to do it. They are respectful of individuals, management is not annoying, and they are a stable company.

      Cons

      This is one of the largest companies on the planet and that comes with some operating complexities and business processes that just cause inefficiency. For example there are many disparate backend system needed for administration purposes which are a mess. However this shouldnt be taken as a major complaint, rather just a small obstacle course.

      easy work good pay excellent pay flexible work schedule work from home some travel needed domestically international good team work

      too much burocracy too many layers lot of approval process age old systems global presence of the teams not enough in house staff
