      Great benefits, PTO, 401K etc. Less or no travel. Flexibility to work from home.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic environment. If your not part of the group you're outclassed. You dont get the best projects, you dont get lead roles and you certainly dont get promoted. Your concerns fall on deaf ears, consultant are merely bodies. Because the way business is carried out, micro management is part of each engagement. Training and growth opportunities are simply missing.
