      Pros

      Culture, processes and compensation can be good if you are working with the right people.

      Cons

      Company can be UK centric. Outsource to Tech Mahindra has resulted in poor quality and a lack of opportunity.

      Decent Pay and the staff are all Nic people but I am not wholly sure on the companies potential growth and future direction

      Not Decent Promotion opportunites and the staff are all Nic people but I am not wholly sure I will stay there too long

      Pros

      Family friendly. Some very good people [who sometimes don't hang around]. Decent work life balance. Industry-matching remuneration. Job movement is easier to new roles via a transition process. More global than competitors.

      Cons

      Still operates in its divisional silos. Senior management too accountant-heavy meaning the focus is on costs and not revenue. A fair number of middle managers managing upwards. Pockets of intense work can sit right next to under-performing teams. A lot of wasted energy on pet projects that don't eventuate. Overall package [ex remuneration] is not overly attractive.
