      gain great experience working at such large size business with international operations

      The company has been consistently re-organizing, almost every another year. The management team comes & go quite often due to the re-orgs. It is not a healthy environment for professionals to plan a long term career with the company

      Good people - all willing to do the work and most very capable Good work life balance - lots of work at home and time off

      Cons

      no pay increases last several years and promotions limited very risk adverse culture and top down decision making at present though some signs of cahange
