      Pros

      Culture, processes and compensation can be good if you are working with the right people.

      Cons

      Company can be UK centric. Outsource to Tech Mahindra has resulted in poor quality and a lack of opportunity.

      Pros

      Decent pay, plenty of work.

      Cons

      Offers "at home" jobs but does not give them within promised time, makes many excuses to keep workers in office for long hours for months. Management is not even in same state, neither are trainers. Poor training. Success depends on whether or not co-workers feel like helping.

      Decent Pay and the staff are all Nic people but I am not wholly sure on the companies potential growth and future direction

      Cons

      Not Decent Promotion opportunites and the staff are all Nic people but I am not wholly sure I will stay there too long
