Pros

Great flexible working and large contracts to work on. Strong Brand and varied areas to work in. Also heavy focus on retraining if skill no longer required.

Cons

Poor career progression unless you really push hard, consequently training, other than mandatory/legal is not offered - but this depends where you are in the business - as it is full of micro-cosms.

Pros

Keep looking...don't stop...run... I have been gone almost 4 years and still have not recovered from the outsourcing and the management team in the UK. Kind of the same attitude as British Patroleum BP in the gulf coast.

Cons

British owned companies to not buy into America. They are in the country to make a profit and in the case of BT, in the UK they are union and part of the Communication Workers Union so they would not be able to operate in the same manner. Company does not value employees and does not live by their Mission Statement.
