      Pros

      Can quickly swith positions while starting as a graduate.

      Cons

      - You have to be in a good relationship with the management if you want to get higher or have your salary upgrade. - Your positions name (so your salary and bonus) is not decided based on your knowledge but based on rules like how many years you have in work (result: you may make the SAME job as your colleague next to you, but get only half of the bonus she has and 60% salary, just because of the name of the position, the performance is not that "important"). - In the Shared Service Center every employee below the management is handled like an asset that can be easily replaced (so they do not care to much about motivation). - No chance to join foreign offices.

      BT has a good balance sheet, profit making company aggresively increasing its business foot prints Flexi timings Decent salary Good benefits and ofcourse BT brand looks good on your resume

      Cons

      They hire people just to meet their targets and your previous skills wont be of use here unless you have worked on the BT products before Management is disconnected form the employees Same rating for everyone irrespective of the efforts you put. Too many people form vendor company hired into bcos of which they grab all the credit as they been working on these products from 5+ yrs and won tleave this company ever. Work is kind of monotonous will get bored in max 1 yr. Lot of people currently leaving the company due to stagnant career.
