      They expect employee to be super humans who don't have anything in life except work.

      They have decent work,can be a good learning experience if you are willing to sacrifice all your time for BT and have no other work and a decent salary.

      Cons

      They really wont have any work life balance , people who prefer a work life balance shouldn't join here.. You should be a show man to get into the eyes of the management and take all the credit for other work.The worst working environment i have ever worked in.
