      BT Global Services can be an exciting place to work, and in a team environment you can feel part of something special.

      Cons

      Work load can be overwhelming for long periods with little or no action from middle/senior management - work smarter, not harder is the mantra, which actually means work harder AND smarter.

      good overall. mangers are ok. training they are cutting off on. flexible

      Cons

      some travel. training has gotton tight. difficult to go from sr consaltant to furhter above like principal consultant or managmenet track.

      stability, Good HR, holiday allowance, alot of good people work in BT that can be relied upon to help get the job done

      Cons

      engineering pay structure is too rigid and does not make allowances for the diverse skill sets a modern telco company needs to deliver excellent customer service
