      Pros

      It is a great place to work mainly considering: Work environment, international visibility, autonomy, flexibility. Also if you are a self-motivated person, you get all the knowledge and tools to develop yourself and others.

      Cons

      If you work for a long time, accepting and delivering all the challenges you will realize a different pace for benefits and for position/title, benefits always behind ... On the other hand, if you or somebody else hires a person from the market, this person will have the right benefits package. No makes sense.

      i had a good experience working here, but the work here is completely process related so there is nothing much to learn.

      Cons

      the processes like major incident management were interesting though.
