      Pros – Good atmosphere, good people to work with,

      Cons – Some manager are really uncompetent and also use bully tactics. anus aater you know who you are.

      Pros

      Amongst all the backstabbing, self-promoters there are some really decent people working there.

      Cons

      Ridiculously robotic, bureaucratic and hierarchichal. Very negative. Plenty of people with chips on their shoulders. Favouritism is rife. Unless you are female / Italian you can do the most brililant work and never get noticed. Extremely stressful. One person had a nervous breakdown due to the work-related stress.
