      Large Company = lots of opportunities. TV triple play may yet save the company.

      Cons

      Large company = lots of bureaucracy. No credible mobile story will bite BT on the bum at some point.

      Pros

      Great people. Good compensation if you perform. People are very dependable once you have explained what you need to get done and allowed them time to absorb the changes.

      Cons

      Need to understand policies and people who have been there forever. The so called 'webes' who say they have been there ie We be here before you and we be here after you' need to be convinced to back changes.
