Pros
A growing, competitive business. New launches (BT Sport, BT Mobile) Buying EE A general sense of positivity and that the future's bright (if not quite orange!)
Cons
Big, somewhat impersonal, slow at times to get decisions Customer service still drags down the reputation of the whole organisation Just try ordering a stapler, or asking HR a simple question, and you'll realise that for employees, there's little agility and energy within many internal systems.
