      Great for a while, but no lack oif perspective.

      Pros

      Great as a first job, with flexible working hours and good benefits. Salary is not bad, and looks good in a CV because of the wide range of skills, which can be gained...

      Cons

      ...due to the terribly organized operations, mainly caused by an unprofessional senior management, terrible tools and tons of inflexible processes. Obscured carreer opportunities and lack of professional training make it questionable as a long term choice.

      Work from home, great people to work with.

      Cons

      Constantly changing , can't deliver its own products, to much out sourcing, no training. Management abuses the workers with intimidation.
