Pros
Great training Friendly team members Good advancement and work opportunities Easy to talk to others in different areas to improve and learn Widely spread company that allows contact with foreign offices to learn more globally
Cons
Global Services senior management punishing all members under it with a removal of bonuses, even those who performed above their target goals; despite giving them last year when performance was much worse all around Limited training budget that is difficult to negotiate to have raised The first few months is spent learning about the different areas of the company, when a small pdf explaining the branches/sub-branches would help a lot to speed this up.
