      Pros

      Scope to work on different technologies and complex projects. Flexibility to work from home. Access to job location is convenient.

      Cons

      Minimal work life balance. Work pressure is high. Salary hikes are not that good. Too many managers to monitor the work. Most of the projects are in-sourced projects and people who work on these projects are new hires and it becomes difficult for them to work on such projects because of the lack of guidance and less vendor support.
