Pros
Good place to work and development, co-workers/collegues helps you every time when you need, good benfits packages, good bonus payment.
Cons
Poor career plan, poor salary in comparison with other companies/concurrents, managers need to work closely with their staff, Human Resources and Talent Development team needs to work to improve internal people; HR folks prefer to pay more to guys contracted out from BT than increase salary to BT people that applied at same position opened internaly on BT - that is terrible and unacceptable. Gaps on process between sales team and delivery/implementation team;
