Pros

Good teams within the country (but not if you have to work with the UK). Manageable work-life balance. Flexible working environment. The best part is really some of the people you work with.

Cons

Lack personal accountability. Great ideas but average execution. Leadership keeps changing. Management seems to care only about meeting short-term numbers, and not having a clear idea and plan for the company.
