      Pros

      BT has a good balance sheet, profit making company aggresively increasing its business foot prints Flexi timings Decent salary Good benefits and ofcourse BT brand looks good on your resume

      Cons

      They hire people just to meet their targets and your previous skills wont be of use here unless you have worked on the BT products before Management is disconnected form the employees Same rating for everyone irrespective of the efforts you put. Too many people form vendor company hired into bcos of which they grab all the credit as they been working on these products from 5+ yrs and won tleave this company ever. Work is kind of monotonous will get bored in max 1 yr. Lot of people currently leaving the company due to stagnant career.

      Pros

      I worked in BT for over 33 years and never had a dull day! Some were hard - very hard - but always interesting, from driving round in a yellow van knocking on doors and fixing phones, switchboards and call connect systems to being a full-time Union Rep and then working in Project Management delivering the full remit of BT's product portfolio. Always meeting new people - customers or colleagues

      Cons

      Never paying the rate for the job or tricking you out of bonuses. Under-resourced to meet demand so always overly busy
