      Good Company to work with Environment is good Good Pay, in time salary Good hikes additional Perks like free broadband, mobile bill reimbursement Best Part is Skill enhancements through external & Internal training's. No promotions base on experience / length of tenure its purely on meritocracy Overall happy

      BU Wise different polices, No standards between teams on the same floor. Once upon a time it was flexible, but now no flexibility (Both Time / Location) No Challenging work, routine but lot of load Now a days feeling very low work life balance Internal Promotions are very less

      Pros

      VHI, ability to work from home, good staff at the coal-face.

      Cons

      Culture of managing high earners out rather than offering redundancy. Bullying is rampant but ignored. Deliberately putting staff in stressful and difficult situations to force them to leave is dangerous and irresponsible. Turnover is very high, and they type of experience you have dependent entirely on who your line manager is. Work life balance was terrible, pressure to work as many weekends and late nights as possible. Management turnover is very high too, so there's little to no consistency in the management of the company.
