      a) Flexible working hours b) 13th Month Contractual Bonus, good increment c) Salary offered is usually higher than the market rate

      Cons

      a) Inefficient Project management methods b) Over-reliance on vendors, so we must be dependent on them to get application knowledge c) No proper testing framework being used

      Pros

      Most employees were good at their jobs and happy to be working there. They had a decent portfolio of services to sell and was looking to move on the right direction for telecom

      Cons

      Support was s major issue. Their management style was pretty disjointed. Always concerned about down sizing and people not comfortable if they were going to be able to keep their jobs.
