      Good employer but very limited opportunities for personal development and career progression.

      Pros

      My experience was that there was a flexible working environment with a very good work life balance. The compensation and benefits package was near industry average.

      Cons

      I found that senior management, in most cases, paid lip service to personal development and there were very limited opportunities for personal growth and progression

      Big company with a lot of resources to learn and to get out of difficult situations. Many peoducts and solutiona to go to market.

      Cons

      Burocratical, and not focused on sales, too many stoppers when a sale needs to be done. In Latam it is difficult to sell the most interest solutions
