      Pros

      Can be flexible and supportive but this is highly dependent on your individual manager/team.

      Cons

      Inconsistent interpretation of rules and guidelines from each manager. Incredibly bloated company, something always falling through the cracks. Huge emphasis on short term benefits with seemingly no consideration for long term implications. Upper management very out of touch, do not care for the worker bees. They like to pay the bare minimum to seem "competitive" in comparison with what their competitors have decided. Consistently performing redundancies across the business even at the cost of worsening work quality.
