A very cliquey enviornment Poor training during onboarding (first 5 months) Broken processes Inability to successfully deliver projects due to broken systems and processes Bt are so terrified of getting sued and bad reviews if youre a customer and youre smart to can run rings around BT and do anything Antisocial office space Organisation of a sink or swim culture You cannot be promoted to a level beyond the one above you which means you will not progress at your speed but theirs which means they are depriving you of more money and success if youre very smart A lot of very unsociable and hostile people who will not bother with you if your face doesn't fit or they dont like you
