Honestly, Now there is none I can think of

Cons

Harassed to attend an office 3 days a week on a previous home role Lowest Pay in the Country for the same like-for-like role Poor management Stonewalling issues then Gaslighting Lost 1/2 company on voluntary leave and now its impossible to get resources and complete bids.

It si one of the reputated company 9n telecom domain and its culture is really good. I havent seen any company with such good culture. Team was good, Work Pressure was average, there were no team activities as mine was really a senior team members but there is lot of learning.

Cons

No Team Outings. Fear of Layout Less Stability
