      Pros

      Can be a good employer for someone who's not very ambitious and just wants a job. Good experience due to scale and complexity of a big firm

      Cons

      Bad culture, a lot of bad behaviour (unfriendly, disrespectful), poor line managers, a lot of people who are not very good at what they do and don't even try. Very political. Stingy, resources are not in the right places, they try to squeeze the life out of a few good people whilst allowing poor performance from others

      BT offers a myriad of opportunities to grow, is a diverse and inclusive organisation and is a rewarding company to work for. BT offers a myriad of rewarding opportunities - the people are great, company is ambitious, challenging, diverse, inclusive and has a duty of care for its employees.

      It's a big company, 100k+ employees - if you prefer smaller companies it's not the one for you.
