      Serious industry problems regarding the profitability, 80 percent customer base decrease, one-third staff reduction or more. Company BT Global is on sale officially. The company is operating with high costs comparing to the competitors, there are too many managers, leaders, few staff. Even it is in the news the management has not been reduced much. The management is arrogant and ignorant.
