      Pros

      I worked as software engineer in Adastral Park which is BT's main tech hub, hosting more than 3000 technical people. Because of this, it's a good place to start your career as a graduate. Make sure to take advantage of the large number of teams to find your perfect fit.

      Cons

      Some teams are more geared towards software development, some are more geared towards design, some more geared towards other things. And, at least during my time, you don't get a say to what team you are assigned. So there's a certain element of luck that might end up defining the early years of your career.
