Free medical insurance Short term opportunity to visit UK (depends on team) Flexible to move to different teams/technology (thru Internal Job Posting) Open to learn any new technology Mobile/broadband bill reimbursement Decent hike

Cons

No free medical insurance for parents Little slow to adapt any new technology & implementing it TCS is king. They're handling BT projects since ages. You have to fight with TCS people to get good work for your team. Not suitable for freshers
