Pros

Great benefits, unbeatable PTO time! Saving lives and you get to interact with a lot of people every day. Management is understanding and tries to get you scheduled what you need.

Cons

Can be long hours, donors can get mean when they cannot donate. Negative co-workers can be the worst... have had some people think they are the best thing there and they are not!
