The coworkers are awesome and the company is in very good location

Cons

I don't know where to start about Biotest....starting from CEO all the management has to be replaced, there is no point in sharing your concerns with HR, there is no confidentiality of what you discussed with HR. All politics , there is no recognition you will be where you are after 10 years also, if you ask for a recognition or promotion you will get fired....

As a biomedical technician the job offers experience in your field, a reasonable work environment, and a chance to learn.

Cons

The pay is very low, advancement is slow, and the very worst part is that they company will give you an arbitrary work schedule at arbitrary times that change every single week. It is impossible to plan your life when one day you work 7am-2:30, the next day it's noon-8:30, then a day when you're only scheduled 5 1/2 hours followed by a 10 hour day. Your days off change every week. It is chaos and it makes the rest of your life chaotic.
