- Great environment - Fantastic workers - Flexible management w/ scheduling - Trains you well in phlebotomy with the ability to cross-train

Cons

- Longer shifts at times (10 hours) - Lower pay for phlebotomists in the area

Pros

The benefits and pay were nice. Great time off allowances (if you ever get to use it...) I learned a lot about how NOT to treat employees and other coworkers by watching upper management. I deserved and loved my position because its who I am as a person, but the support was not there.

Cons

You had to be careful about who knew what and make sure you were always on the right team... Upper management didnt seem to ever want to take on the reality of the decisions they made from high up and left the employees in the centers to make up for it

Pros

Big pro was job security during the pandemic.

Cons

Company has removed everything that Biotest provided. No paid holidays, no raises, employees lost donating privileges, proper COVID security measures not taking seriously.
