Good job, enjoyed the work I did here.
Pros
They were extremely flexible with my work schedule which made it possible to go to nursing school at the same time and they never complained or got frustrated with me. I was a phlebotomist but I came in with zero experience. I was "in-house" trained which was good because I did not have to go and get my certification. Definitely a great place to move up if you want. They prefer to hire within the company for higher up positions. With that being said if you want a higher up position its best to start out as a Biomedical Technician to learn the company.
Cons
Management has issues like at most places. Lack of communication, if you are not in the "inner circle" then it's hard to get anyone to listen to you. You have to really kiss a** to get promotions.
