      Pros

      Nice balance between work and personal life. I rerely need to stay past 6pm and managers have a nice attitude towards employees' personal issues.

      Cons

      Probably the lowest bonus in the city today. Lack of vision and investiment in technology. Not enough sharing of information resulting in knowledge loss when people leave.
