      Pros

      Generally talented workforce; not difficult to shine if you're prepared to speak up. I enjoyed working here because I'm not afraid to confront, what I would consider, poor decisions. I felt my input was welcomed, especially from the British and Anglophile management.

      Cons

      Some weak management which affects the delivery of strategy. Lots of passive aggressive managers who consider themselves god like but are actually quite easy to read / play. Scary amount of work being moved to India, where there is a very poor technical level of staff.

      - Bureaucratic - Long hours - Not a very streamlined organisation - Slow in making decision - Not very flexible in dealing with issues

      Pros

      Great People in General in the US. The benefits are really very good.

      Cons

      French Management is Awful...the company can't seem to get out of its own way and seems to make decisions out of France without consulting the US too much. Systems are outdated and can't seem to speak to one another. Morale has been low for years.
