Pros
I found a nice colleagues willing to help, mostly they are women. The majority of them are likeable, nobody will tell you off for mistakes if you don´t make them often. The company also offers possibility to be a part of a very interesting business - property management.
Cons
I work in a small team in one of the CEE countries. There is almost no possibility to learn new things as the roles in the team are given. The main negative side is also intrigues - the politics is almost in everything, this is especially valid for higher levels of the company - the CEE or the central level. We are more like a an object of these intrigues and have very limited possibilities how to affect things.
