      Pros

      Good benefits and hours of work. Social. flat management. Training opportunities. My experience at BNP Paribas was a good one. Its a good place to work with nice people, good benefits, hours, very social, flat management. Opportunities for training and career progression if you want and push for it.

      Cons

      Communication from management can be slow at times and requests not always carried out. Not much movement on salary increases over the years.

      Good and encouraging work culture. Well laid out policies encouraging employee participation in organization activities.

      Cons

      Element of favoritism does exist. Too many visions and thoughts being sought, making the overall objective unclear.

      If you are startig out in front office this is a great place a s lots of freedom to manage and develop your own ideas. The best vacation ploicy on wall street.
