      Pros

      Very nice company to work in the sense the name bmw looks good on your resume / CV. Nice work area.

      Cons

      No guidance given to juniors from the senior members of the workforce. Office politics seem to matter more than the job at hand. Not a friendly working environment.

      Pros

      Very good company with great products and a nice working environment! The work at BMW is a good experience for everybody and had a great influence on my perception of working life! Very satisfied!

      Cons

      The opportunities for getting a better position is connected to very hard work and sometimes the decisions might not be fair.
