1. A lot of budget for training 2. Good work life balance

Cons

1. Promoting is based on absurd criteria like internal exams and homeworks. It is the complete oposite to meritocratic. 2. Base salary not competitive with the market. 3. Management vision is not focused and delusional. This is a Consulting Firm. Trying to disguised for something else makes the company strategy absurd and the employees unhappy.

There is not much to say besides I lucked out and got a good understanding branch manager.

Cons

Training is horrible 95% is computer basted training and the other 5% is after your already at the branch. All I have to say is hopefully you get a manager that wants to see you do well. They give you monthly sales goals and push you everyday to sell so many products and tell you you have to make so many sales calls a day to try and push people to do things they may not even want to do so they can make their goals. Now if you want to work at Wells Fargo go don’t go to a bank that’s trying to be like them. There sistomes suck there updated some but not to 2020 standards. Check scanners are used, outdated atms, paperless technology doesn’t work 90% of the time.
