Pros

The management in the branches and their teams are very consistent, well guided and customer focused. For entry level employees, there is room for advancement. Pay has improved over the years but remains average. The technology has greatly improved and is finally up to today's standards.

Cons

The main drawback is the middle and upper management system doesn't have a clear direction. The branch staffing model is rapidly changing with positions being eliminated, created, and eliminated again, all while the district management makes no effort to retain these affect employees

Pros

Great benefits, good work environment, upward movement for some.

Cons

In Austin there is no consideration of anything but sales numbers. That is the only way to be promoted now. The pressure is far too strong to make work enjoyable now and there is nothing personal about it. They are definitely becoming a Chase kind of place where you are a number and not a person.
