      Pros

      Good, kind, people. Great gym and business office environment at the Houston location.

      Cons

      Lack of motivation in employees, often times they are there only to get in at 8 and leave at 5. Not an environment where people push each other to be better.

      Pros

      They get you with a good starting salary if you are lucky

      Cons

      Everything else about the company sucks. Moving up is hard and they dont care about you as employees. Dont expect to get a yearly raise of more than 1% the only one that make money are the people on the sales floor and they treat tellers like crap would not recommend any one to work here. If you are a teller expect to work every. Saturday except for one in the month no work life balance. And if you work a Saturday you do get a half day but your half day wont really be a half day.
